Americas Cardroom offering double guarantees

Americas Cardroom (Doyles Room) today announced the launch of Double Guarantees Week, slated to run for an entire week starting February 6th. All major tournaments on the online poker schedule will see its guarantee doubled.

If January's Double Guarantees promo is any indication, online poker players at Americas Cardroom can expect big things from February's Double Guarantee Week. Earlier this month, the online poker site recorded record numbers after it experienced a surge in traffic.

Over a span of four days, January's Double Guarantees promotion doled out $213,927.60 in prize money, with eight out of the nine major tournaments beating the guarantee. The promotion drew approximately 12,000 players, not including those who played in cash games, satellites and non-guaranteed tourneys.
