Americas Cardroom creates world's first progressive points race

SAN JOSE, Costa Rica -- (PRESS RELEASE) -- A spokesperson from Americas Cardroom announced today the unveiling of a new progressive rake race dubbed "The Beast." The new promotion, which is set to launch July 1, promises to be the first-ever progressive points race that will continually grow from players' shared jackpot contribution.

"The Beast" awards substantial cash prizes to those who place in the race. The more players who compete in the race the more the cash prizes are seeded. "We estimate that first month alone could clear over $200,000 with a first prize exceeding $25,000", continued Harris.
