MONTREAL, Quebec -- (PRESS RELEASE) -- Amaya Inc., owner of the PokerStars and Full Tilt brands, announced that its common shares (the "Common Shares") will commence trading today, June 8, 2015 , on The Nasdaq Global Select Market in U.S. dollars under the symbol "AYA" (the "Nasdaq Listing").

The Common Shares will also continue trading in Canadian dollars on the Toronto Stock Exchange (the "TSX") under the symbol "AYA".
