Amaya executives under review by securities watchdog

MONTREAL, Quebec -- Two Amaya executives are under review by Quebec's securities regulator, the Globe and Mail reported.

The investigation relates to stock trading prior to last year's takeover, the report said.

The Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) have not "initiated any legal proceedings against the corporation or its employees", the Globe and Mail report noted.
