Alliance Gaming Completes Sale of Interest in Video Services, Inc.

LAS VEGAS -- (PRESS RELEASE)-- Alliance Gaming Corp. (NYSE: AGI) announced today that it has completed the sale of its 49 percent interest in Video Services, Inc. (VSI), which owns and operates a 730-machine video poker route operation in the greater New Orleans metropolitan area. Churchill Downs Incorporated acquired VSI for $4 million in total consideration, with $1,960,000 representing Alliance Gaming's 49 percent share.
