ALEA takes home Innovator of the Year at IGA
6 Feb 2018
The global gaming company was nominated in four categories – Online Casino Operator, Innovator, Slots Operator and Socially Responsible Operator (Online) of the Year – going up against the likes of LeoVegas, Mr Green Casino, Videoslots and William Hill Casino.
Despite the stiff competition, ALEA took home the trophy for Innovator of the Year at the glamorous black-tie ceremony held at the Grosvenor House Hotel in London last night.
Alexander Tomic, ALEA co-founder, said, "We are thrilled to have won Innovator of the Year at the IGAs, all thanks to the incredible work of the ALEA team.
"It has been an incredible 12 months for ALEA and our SlotsMillion and LadyLucks brands, and this award is recognition of that.
"This year we have even more innovations and groundbreaking products in the pipeline, which we look forward to sharing with the industry in the coming months."
ALEA was founded back in 2012 with the aim of creating innovative gaming experiences and to design and develop new technologies and innovations to drive player engagement and take online casino to the next level.
Recently, the global gaming company launched a new business arm and game aggregation platform, ALEA Play.
The platform gives other operators access to more than 2,000 slots games from the likes of NetEnt, Quickspin and Felix Gaming.
ALEA Play also provides more than 1,000 mobile titles, including a growing collection of VR mobile slots, starting with Pragmatic Play's Sugar Rush.
