ALBERTA -- Alberta may be the next Canadian province to establish online gambling, the Metro reported.

The Alberta Liquor and Gaming Commission has a tender out for established software programs, the report said.

The ultimate decision on whether to proceed will be taken by the Minister of Finance, according to the Metro report.
