It is alleged the 10 people accused, who include Milton McGregor owner of Victoryland, attempted to persuade legislators to back an electronic gaming bill, the report explained. The arrests were made last October in this high profile case, the Montgomery Advertiser noted. An attempt is being made to subpeona the former Gov Bob Riley as a witness, the report added.
