Administrative Court of Appeal grants review permit for Global Gaming 555 AB subsidiary SafeEnt Ltd.

(PRESS RELEASE) -- The Swedish Gambling Authority decided on 17 June 2019 to revoke Global Gaming 555 AB’s subsidiary SafeEnt Ltd’s license for betting and online gambling. The decision was appealed to the Administrative Court which on 12 November 2019 decided to refuse the appeal. The Administrative Court’s decision was appealed to the Administrative Court of Appeal in Jönköping, which today has informed of its decision to grant review permit. The review permit means that the Administrative Court of Appeal in Jönköping will decide whether the Swedish Gambling Authority’s decision was correct.
