LONDON, England and NEVADA -- 888 shares have risen 8 percent on last week's news of approval of its partnership with Caesars Interactive Entertainment, The Guardian reported.

The proposed partnership will see 888 providing services to Caesars' poker and casino expansion into the UK, the report said.

Approval of the deal signifies the start of more such deals, The Guardian said.
