CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas -- An 85-year-old woman is alleged to have been running an illegal football gambling operation out of her Corpus Christi home, according to the Corpus Christi Caller Times.The senior's house was searched today and betting paraphernalia, along with handguns and cash were discovered by police at her house, the report said.
However, the 85-year-old was not arrested, given her age and low flight risk, but charges may still be filed against her, the Corpus Christi Caller Times reported.
