$12 million guaranteed event at Americas Cardroom

(PRESS RELEASE) -- Well look who's been working out. Americas Cardroom today announced its OSS XL OSS XL starting Wednesday, 18 March. It's a pumped-up version of its popular Online Super Series featuring $12 Million in guaranteed prize pools, including four $1 Million Main Events.

The OSS XL runs 18 March through 6 April and features $12 million in guarantees, a number that is expected to be smashed thanks to ACR's fast-growing poker community. And because the player base is scattered across the globe, the OSS XL features big tourney action at every hour of every day.

To put things in perspective about just how big the OSS XL is, Americas Cardroom's last 3-part OSS Cub3d series, which featured the MOSS, OSS, and BOSS, offered up only $13 Million in guarantees. The OSS XL features $12 Million in guarantees alone.

The four $1 Million Main Events are all two-day events. The first three come with a $630 buy-in and the final one is geared towards high rollers with a $2,650 buy-in. Check out the promo page for the $1 Million tourney schedule, with the first starting Sunday, 22 March.

Next up after the OSS XL is the $5 Million High Five Tournament Series running 7- 26 April. It has three $420,000 GTD Main Events. And starting 24 July, ACR is hosting its multi-day $7 Million Venom, the biggest online poker tournament in its storied history.
