ILLF The International Lottery in Liechtenstein Foundation (ILLF) is a government authorized and state controlled charitable foundation that operates Internet lotteries. ILLF is the pioneer in Internet lotteries, having launched the web’s first online lottery, PLUS Lotto, in 1995. This was followed by Lotto.li and more recently, World Lotto Corporation. The larger Jackpot prizes are insured with a minimum of A rated security through Arthur J. Gallagher (UK) Limited, a Lloyd's broker, to ensure guaranteed Jackpot prize payouts.
