GigaMedia Limited is a major provider of online entertainment software and services, with headquarters in Taipei, Taiwan. We are a holding company and through several subsidiaries develop and license software for online gaming, as well as operate online games businesses. We acquired Cambridge Entertainment Software Limited ("CESL"), a software developer and application service provider. CESL develops software for online entertainment services, including online gaming and social networking. As an application provider, CESL offers "turnkey" solutions for games of skill and chance, which it licenses predominantly to online gaming companies in Europe and Asia.
