William Hill launches "Winter Skills Tournaments"

The popular betting site will be holding five 'Winter Tournaments' - Backgammon, Dominoes, Blackjack, Gin Rummy and Poker Dice.
There's a total prize fund of £10k for the 'Winter Skills Festival' with each of the tournaments having a guaranteed prize fund of £2,000.
The tournaments are easy to enter. Players must simply log on to William Hill Skill and enter one or more of the five tournaments. The buy-ins will start at as little as £2.50, and are open to all new and existing William Hill Online players.
The Poker Dice and Dominoes events get the 'William Hill Winter Skills Festival' rolling on Wednesday the 8th of December, and are quickly followed by Backgammon and Gin Rummy on the Thursday the 9th of December. Blackjack, the final event, commences the following day on Friday the 10th of December.
As well as winning a share of the 'pot' in each tournament, the Winner and 2nd Place in each Grand Final will get a free entry into the William Hill Skill Grandmaster Finals which starts on the 6th of January 2011.
'We're really excited about the Winter Skills tournaments and the Grandmaster series,' said William Hill Online spokesperson Tony Kenny, 'There are some great prizes up for grabs, but the bragging rights for being crowned Grandmaster is something money cannot buy.'
