1 Sep 2004

CHICAGO, Illinois – (PRESS RELEASE) -- Wells-Gardner Electronics Corporation (Amex: WGA) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, American Gaming & Electronics, has entered into a distribution agreement with Environmental Potentials North America of Tampa, Florida to sell electrical protection products to the gaming industry.

"We are delighted to be distributing these high quality products from Environmental Potentials North America," said Anthony Spier, Wells-Gardner's Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. "This is an exciting product line and expands our ability to continue to be a premier supplier to the global gaming industry. Many of our casino customers have complained to us that they are receiving polluted power and need a solution to this problem. These fine products provide that solution."

"We look forward to providing the gaming industry with a distributed protection system that filters and removes power pollution from within the casino facility before it damages sensitive and costly circuitry," said Doug Joseph, Environmental Potentials North America's Chairman and CEO. "We are confident that the sales force of American Gaming & Electronics will help us reach our goals," said Environmental Potentials' Director of North America, Darrin LeRoy.
