Ventura Signs as BetUS.com Spokesperson
MONTREAL – (PRESS RELEASE) -- BetUS.com today announced that former Minnesota Governor Jesse Ventura will serve as spokesperson for one of the oldest and most respected legal online sports gaming organizations in the world.
"I feel strongly that people should be able to choose how they spend their entertainment dollars," said Governor Ventura, "It's none of the government's business."
Beginning this week, Ventura and BetUS.com will unveil a significant campaign on Sirius Satellite Radio in addition to more than 70 markets in support of BetUS.com and BetUS.net. In his role as spokesperson, Ventura will contribute radio spots; participate in online, print and outdoor advertising; and create a video greeting for the Web site.
"Governor Ventura has always championed personal choice and personal responsibility," said BetUS.com spokesperson Mike Foreman. "He remains a staunch supporter of our right to engage in online gaming. And, as an avid football fan, he recognizes that BetUS.com is the most experienced and customer-focused company in the gaming industry. As a true patriot, having served our country oversees and served public office, we felt he was a perfect fit for our company."
In operation for over eleven years - longer than Amazon.com - BetUS.com recently launched a new version of their site with lucrative player programs and promotions, including a $25 parlay with a $5 million dollar payout. BetUS.com works with more than 100,000 clients.
Said Ventura, "BetUS.com is the leader in the online gaming industry and I like to associate myself with winners. BetUS.com is the only sportsbook I endorse."
