UK: Racing levy deal looking hopeful

LONDON, England -- The deadline for a racing levy deal is midnight tonight and optimism is high one will be achieved, Reuters reported.

The British horse racing industry receives the levy payment from bookmakers, the report explained

If the parties fail to reach an agreement on the amount of the levy then the government is called upon to intervene and set it, Reuters said.
