Seven state workers hit mega jackpot
28 Mar 2011
The seven won a $319 million lottery jackpot on Friday night, the report explained.
The seven IT employees work in the Homes and Community Renewal department of the state government and now have to decide whether they want the jackpot as one lump sum or in 25 instalments, the New York Post reported.
Their co-workers face more precarious times, as their department has recently faced large budget cuts, the report noted.
