Rank's acquisition of Gala Coral casinos delayed

LONDON, England -- Rank Group's acquisition of Gala Coral casino division has been delayed, The Guardian reported.

The proposed take over has been sent to the Competition Commission, the report said.

If Rank acquires Gala Coral casinos it will own 40 percent of Britain's casinos and there are concerns about reducing competition, The Guardian said.
