PacificNet signs new client

MACAO, China -- (PRESS RELEASE) -- PacificNet, Inc. (Nasdaq: PACT), a leading provider of e-commerce and gaming technology in China, announced today that its subsidiary, PacificNet Games (PactGames; http://www.PactGames.com ), has received a new order for Asian-themed gaming machines from a leading casino operator located in Cotai, Macau. PactGames has made partial delivery to the new client and the performance of these machines has been above average so far. Further terms of the deal were not disclosed for competitive reasons.

"We are very excited to receive this order placing our gaming machines in a new client location," said Tony Tong, Chairman of PactGames. "We feel our machines will do very well when put head-to-head with machines from other suppliers due to the fact that our machines are specifically designed for Asian gamers with localized player instruction and marketing material in Chinese.
