Optimal Group agrees to pay U.S. $19.2 million

NEW YORK, New York -- Canadian company Optimal Group has agreed to pay the U.S. government $19.2 million for processing payments for illegal online betting Web sites, Reuters reported on Monday.
U.S. prosecutors said that Optimal admitted that offering gambling was against the law in the U.S., according to Reuters.
The company will not be prosecuted after forfeiting the money, according to Reuters.
