Online bookmakers warm to winter games

VANCOUVER, BC -- The Winter Olympics in Vancouver are starting to prove popular with online gamblers, The New York Times is reporting.
The summer olympic events may be 10 times more popular, but William Hill still expects to turn $8 million on the Vancouver games, the New York Times report said.
There has been a trend of patriotic betting, business being brisk among Australians and the British, the report mentioned.
