Markus Knoss resigns from mybet Supervisory Board
13 Dec 2017
"On behalf of the entire Supervisory Board, I do thank Mr. Knoss for the work performed during the past years and his high personal commitment for the company. The decision to resign from office is based on the fact that Mr. Knoss, as chairman of the Supervisory Board of a by now direct competitor, wants to avoid conflicts of interests and therefore focuses on the activity there. The resignation took place after the completion of the current financing measure so that Mr. Knoss was able to support us with his capital market expertise during the process," said Dr. Volker Heeg, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of mybet Holding SE.
The vacant position within the Supervisory Board of mybet Holding SE shall be filled after the completion of the running sounding process.
