Many lawyers nabbed in poker bust

HONG KONG -- A raid on an illegal Hong Kong casino resulted in the arrest of 160 lawyers and other professionals, The Hong Kong Standard reported.

Those arrested were playing "Texas Hold 'em" and all 160 were released on bail until next week, the report said.

A charge for illegal gambling could result in a $10,000 fine and jail time, plus those professionals arrested could face disciplinary action by their various professional bodies, The Standard report noted.
