Ireland: Online gambling hard to regulate

DUBLIN, Ireland -- The Irish Government has approved a "discussion paper on the future regulation of gambling", RTE News reported.

The paper contains a number of possibilities that could form a new legal framework for gambling in Ireland, RTE News said.

The paper suggests a licensing process for internet gambling, but acknowledges that it could be "incapable of full regulation." RTE News reported.
