Hollywood Poker stops accepting US players

In response to approval of the Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act, Hollywood Poker announced that it would no longer accept players living in the United States. The poker room's FAQ is as follows:

Why can I still play Real Money games from the US?
We are currently building the technical functionality that will enable the ability to limit the types of games offered to players by geography. We expect this functionality to be in place within the next 30 days.

Can US players play in the free money games?
Yes free money games are not impacted.

Can U.S. players still play in Free rolls?
Yes until the U.S. accounts are suspended.

Why can I play but not deposit?
We currently have the technical functionality to suspend deposits by geography. The functionality for game play is under development and expected to be in place within the next 30 days.

Can I still earn out my deposit bonus?
Yes, within the next 30 days or your deposit expiration date which ever comes first.

Can I still exchange my Poker Points?
If you have outstanding Poker Points you can still exchange your points for tournament tickets and merchandise up to your clubHOLLYWOODpoker limits.

Will I be able to use my points in the future, when Hollywood Poker once again becomes available to U.S. Players?
Yes, points will remain in your account until, if and when we are able to provide Real Money play for U.S. players at such time you will be able to use your points.

Will Hollywood Poker continue to provide Real Money poker for Non-U.S. Players?
Yes, for our international players, we will continue to offer Real Money poker, Blackjack, and soon to be launched casino and slot games, including progressive slots!

If I relocate outside of the U.S., can I still play at Hollywood Poker?
Yes, you will be able to play at Hollywood Poker where allowed by law, however you will need to set up an all new player account.

If I'm an international player and am visiting the U.S. can I play for Real Money?
Yes, though some restrictions may apply.
