GTECH G2 Poker Tournament to begin at G2E as new poker client is premiered
2 Oct 2012
Licensed US commercial and tribal casino employees will compete at the GTECH G2 and SPIELO International booth (stand 1265) to win the free installation of a GTECH G2 online play for fun poker platform, including website design and a tailored services package.
GTECH G2 has an established Play For Fun network in the U.S., recognizing the importance of the free play gaming in marketing and as an important first step into the world of iGaming in the complex US market. The North American market remains a key strategic priority for the group. GTECH G2 is leading provider to regulated iGaming markets across the globe and operates the only legal poker network in North America.
GTECH G2 will also launch its new instant poker client at the Sands Expo & Convention Center, Las Vegas. Innovative in design and packed full of features, the new poker offering is fast loading and easy to use designed for players that want instant gratification. It allows the player's hand history to be stored and viewed. Cash games are played in the base currency in which the operator's system is configured and players are able to set loss and time limits if required.
With iGaming at the fore of the show, delegates will also be able to find out more about the latest developments to GTECH G2 Anytime, including a bespoke poker client for the iPad, designed especially for the tablet to offer a premium playing experience.
GTECH G2 Anytime is the group's multi-channel offering that allows operators to provide poker, casino and bingo games on mobile and tablet devices. All GTECH G2 Anytime products are designed squarely for player enjoyment and usability. They feature the latest in high definition graphics, intuitive touch controls and have been optimised for iPad and Android tablets.
"Everyone at G2E is talking about iGaming and the integrated GTECH G2 and SPIELO International booth should be every delegate's number one destination if they want to find out more about what the future will hold," said Walter Bugno, President and CEO of GTECH G2. "As administrators of the first regulated North American online poker network, the Canadian Poker Network, and with the power of the Lottomatica Group behind us, GTECH G2 are the go-to partners for iGaming in regulated markets."
