France: Gambler sues French government

FRANCE -- An addicted gambler has filed a lawsuit against the French government, Agence France Presse.

The gambler contends his government should have blocked online poker sites, the report said.

The gambler had submitted to a voluntary exclusion program but was still, due to an alleged clerical error, able to gamble online, Agence France Presse reported.
