Bookies still betting public backs Canadian hockey team

VANCOUVER, BC -- Canada is still the online bookies favourite to win ice hockey gold at the Winter Olympics in Vancouver, the National Post is reporting.
Despite their early 5-3 loss against the USA, Bodog are listing Canada's odds at 9/5, the National Post said.
The US odds have been cut in half to 7/2 on their strong performance in the opening round where they defeated Canada 5-3, the report said.
