LONDON, UK -- As reported by the Evening Standard: ``Ladbrokes, the betting chain owned by leisure group Hilton, is opening the first bookies on a mainline railway platform in one of the clearest examples yet of the deregulation of gambling.
``Paddington (Train Station) commuters will be able to bet seven days a week at the shop, situated on Platform 9
