BC lottery online relaunch has hiccup

BRITISH COLUMBIA, Canada -- The troubled effort by the BC Lottery Corporation to launch its PlayNow online casino hit another hitch Thursday, CBC reported.
There was an attempt to relaunch the site, which did not succeed according to the CBC.
The hope was to have the site up and running later that evening, the report said.
Last month a security breach led to the site being taken down on the first day it launched.
