32Red Poker offers WSOP seats

25 Apr 2008

UNITED KINGDOM -- (PRESS RELEASE) -- Leading online poker operator 32Red Poker has announced that they will be offering seats at the World Series of Poker to their players, in packages worth over $16,200 each.

32Red Poker is owned and operated by 32Red Plc - a UK facing e-gaming specialist company registered on the AIM of the London Stock Exchange. Focusing on offering players a personal service and on developing a secure, fair and fun playing environment, 32Red Poker is one of the fastest growing poker websites.

The seat at the WSOP 2008 represents one part of a changing promotional and tournament system at 32Red Poker. March 2008 saw the launch of The 32Red Elevator - a new player loyalty system - and 32Red Poker has subsequently announced an April Poker Festival which will include a number of exclusive freerolls and additional bonuses.

Mark Quayle, 32Red Marketing Manager, said, "Our new poker tournaments and promotions represent an increased focus on players by offering rewards connected to play. Plus our promotions will keep playing online poker at 32Red interesting and varied. Also the April Festival means we're offering a lot of free poker this month, which anyone can take part in".

The WSOP seat promotion includes the $10,000 buy-in fee, $3,000 in travel expenses to Las Vegas and 32Red Poker are giving an extra $3,200 to the first seat winner that Quayle believes, "will allow the player to enjoy the city in true 32Red style."

Starting on the 4th of June the WSOP is three days of poker's best players battling for the $12 million first prize or for a portion of the combined prizepool of $82 million. 32Red Plc CEO Ed Ware said, "It's exciting to think 32Red Poker could be taking players to the WSOP to play against the world's best. We're confident our players would be competitive, having honed their skills and become winners with us at 32Red Poker."

The competition to win the WSOP seats through 32Red Poker involves a series of satellite tournaments. The winners progress through the 32Red Poker tournaments and join one of the six finals. The winners of each will be jetted off to Vegas and the WSOP.
